Shipping 

Our candles are customized and handmade to order. Each candle requires a minimum of 4 days to cure once an order is received. Please allow 4 days for your product to be packed and shipped. Once candles are ready to ship you will receive an email with tracking information to the email provided at check out. 


 

Return and Exchange

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We inspect all products rigorously during the production and packing process. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on our products. It is important that you have a positive experience shopping with us. If you have any questions or concerns about your order please reach out to us at info@thecoconuttreeshop.com. We will do our best to address these concerns. 


 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product please contact us immediately with a picture of the item. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement within 1 - 2 business days.
